Hotel reservations for Hawaii 2005 at the Ritz-Carlton conference hotel must be made through Complete Conference Coordinators.
The world famous Ritz-Carlton is considered the most luxurious resort property on Maui sitting on magnificent coastline in the Kapalua Resort about 12 miles north of the picturesque town of Lahaina. The Ritz meeting space is elegant and large enough for the ten parallel sessions that will be needed for the anticipated 1,000 participants. The hotel sits on 50+ acres of a former pineapple plantation now forested with Cook Island pine trees and surrounded by ocean, golf courses, and luxury condominiums. The beach is on the list of the best in Maui.
The room rate at The Ritz-Carlton varies depending on the view. A Garden/Golf/Mountain
View room can be reserved at $165.00 per night single
or double plus tax. A Partial Ocean View room can be reserved at $190.00
per night single or double plus tax. An Ocean View room can be reserved
at $210.00 per night single or double. There is a $15 charge per person
per night for the 3rd and 4th additional person in the room. Request for
"roll-away" beds are charged $40.00 per day. Room charges are
subject to a "hotel" tax of 7.25% plus the Hawaii general excise
tax of 4.166%. The
conference room rate will be honored for meeting attendees three (3) days
prior to the scheduled beginning of the meeting and three (3) days after
the
meeting ends.
All rooms must be reserved on or before August 10th to take advantage of the discounted rate. After August 10th, the rooms/rates are subject to availability.
