Physics Fun Day

Note to speakers: LCD projectors and standard overhead projectors will be available in the scientific session rooms (Sunday-Thursday). Computers or laser pointers will not be provided.

The historic first joint meeting of the Division of Nuclear Physics of the American Physical Society (APS) with the nuclear physicists of the Physical Society of Japan (JPS) was a resounding success, with more than 800 participants from Japan and North America, and will be reprised in September 2005. At the closing of HAW01 the International Advisory Committee recommended that steps be taken to insure that another joint meeting in Hawaii would be planned for 2005.
