Accommodations
Blocks of rooms have been
reserved at two nearby hotels, Residence
Inn in East Lansing and Fairfield
Inn in Okemos, for the nights of August 1 and 2. Each room has two
double-size beds. The nightly room rate is $83 at Residence Inn (group code =
CYCO) and $72 at Fairfield Inn (group code = REMR). There is no extra charge
for additional occupants, so reducing costs by sharing a room is an option.
Confirmed reservations should be made by July 4, 2008, as the rooms will be
released after that date. You can make the reservation yourself, or else
contact Raman Anantaraman for
assistance. Please specify "Reaccelerator Experiments" when making
